1. Scope & Operator These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the WalnutFlow Early Bird Program. The program is operated by WalnutFlow. By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. By submitting your data, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Amazon Gift Card Giveaway Amazon Gift Cards may be distributed at any point during the Early Bird period, which runs until March 31, 2027. The following conditions apply:

​

  • Distribution timing, frequency, and amounts are determined solely by WalnutFlow

  • Eligible participants will be notified exclusively via the email address provided at sign-up

  • WalnutFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice

  • Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Amazon is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion in any way

  • WalnutFlow is solely responsible for this promotion

4. Promo Code & Free App Usage Exclusive promo codes for free app usage are available only to active newsletter subscribers. Promo codes are:

​

  • Personal and non-transferable

  • Not for resale or public sharing

  • Subject to expiry dates communicated via email

  • Revocable if misuse is detected

​

5. Newsletter By participating, you explicitly consent to receiving the WalnutFlow newsletter containing product updates, promo codes, and learning tips. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing will result in loss of eligibility for future promo codes and Gift Card distributions.

6. Data Protection — GDPR (EU) 2016/679 WalnutFlow takes your privacy seriously. The following applies to all EU/EEA residents:

  • Data collected: First name, last name, email address

  • Purpose: Newsletter delivery, promo code distribution, Gift Card notification

  • Legal basis: Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • Retention: Data is retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion

  • Third parties: Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by applicable law

  • Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability at any time by contacting us at the address below

  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority at any time

7. Consent & Withdrawal Your consent to data processing and newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without consequence, by unsubscribing or contacting us directly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, WalnutFlow is not liable for:

  • Technical failures, email delivery issues, or server downtime

  • Loss or non-receipt of promo codes or Gift Card notifications

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation

  • Changes to or discontinuation of the Early Bird Program

9. Changes to These Terms WalnutFlow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be informed of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. EU Online Dispute Resolution In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. WalnutFlow is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board but will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
